Looking for plugin expert [Public 1.16.4 Java Server]

Hi everyone,
I'm the owner of a public, small SMP Towny server called The ALCHEMATRIX. The server has been up for awhile, and has a little more than a dozen regular players, but hasn't really gotten going, mainly because I'm a complete noob when it comes to permissions, and practically have things set up with tape and staples. I'm looking for an active staff member who is highly experienced with plugins. We have several, but the main ones I need help with are the following:
EssentialsX
LuckPerms
CoreProtect
Vault
It is highly recommended (but not necessary) for you to have Discord, which is where most of the members and staff are active and communicate. I'd like to set up the marketplace to actually function for non-op members, add vote commands and rewards, make sure members have the right permissions, and just generally add some/any quality of life updates. If you're interested in helping, please either respond to this thread or dm me! I do have a staff application I'll need you to fill out, as the changes I need help with are pretty significant, but I'm open to recruiting anyone with enough expertise in these plugins.
