What it does its that you play many minigames in a row. Just go play on the server for 3 min and you will understand

Everything on big servers like that are custom coded. Chances are you would have to talk to a plugin developer, and get them to create such a plugin. This wouldn't be free however.

What do you mean "minigames in a row?" That the minigames rotate or that it's on a right-click item and shows the minigames in a gui?
