Looking for an RPG developer.
Hi I am starting a server and I need a developer who can not only config rpg plugins but make custom ones. If you think you can help me pm on here, or reply to the thread!

You won't find that many developers here that works with Spigot/Bukkit API.
I suggest you to go to SpigotMC, you can create a thread in Forums - Server administration - Hiring a developer (http://www.spigotmc.org/forums/hiring-developers.55/). I linked the site for your convenience.
Oh and be sure to have the $ to spend, hiring a developer to code custom plugins isn't free.
