Looking for RPG Developer/Coder

Hi guys, I am currently hosting a faction/pvp server, but I would like to add in RPG elements like quests/npcs/classes etc into the server over. At the moment my current dev is slow, but he is getting the job done, unfortunatly he only knows the basics. I am looking for someone who can work fast, create their own plugins and knows how to code RPG plugins effectively. This will be a permanent job if you guys want it!
