Looking for a server crew, if interested click thread.

Hello i am looking for a crew to help me with a server and this is because i have tried hosting before solo and it always crashes and burns i give up so fast because i run into problems i cant fix and it isnt easy when im the only one working on it... Therefor i am looking for certain roles and i will list them below.
Roles
1) Co-owner (must be at least 17 and need much experience also needs to know server errors and how to code)
2) Architect (needs too know all building plugins such as world edit and voxel sniper, ect. must be atleast 16 and know how too build masterpieces)
3) Coder (you must know how too code very well as in well i mean be able too make your own plugin and not crappy ones and must be 17)
4) Plugins Expert (you must be 17 and you need to be able to identify an error and fix it immediately also you need to know how to deal with plugin configurations and adding plugins, essentially looking for someone that knows everything about plugins)
5) Advertiser (must be 17 need to know all advertising sites and must be able to update them daily and bring in as many players as possible im not looking for someone that says they can do this i am looking for someone that has done this before also must know how to make professional grade .gif files)
And those are some of the roles each and everyone that applies will be interviewed and i am taking this seriously because i want too go big or go home. There may be more requirements and after you apply you will be informed about those only because im trying to avoid just anyone from applying and greifing and proof of your work will be asked.
