Looking for Server Help.

I am looking for a very experienced person to assist me on my new server. They should know how the console works and what good plugins are and how to use them. I am needing some extra help with groups and permissions for my server. We are trying to setup many worlds so a person who knows how to manage many worlds would be great. Perhaps looking for someone who knows how a good server looks and the way to set one up.

My name is Alice and I run many servers, setting up your own server is hard, time consuming, can often cost alot of money, and finding players is extremely difficult. I have owned and ran servers for nearly 2 years and I'm still struggling for players. If you can not make your own, please consider playing on mine and going for staff.
