Looking for server host and plugins

Hi I am looking for a cheap server host that comes with Ddos protection and free sub domain...also a free website would be neat.

I would like a 4-6 GB server that has at least 100 slots. My highest price is $5 per GB...the lower the price is the better.

I saw GGSERVERS and their prices seems nice I have tried them and I did not have any problems but they got hacked...they are top 7 in enjin's top list of hosts...does anyone use them? are they good? (LINK : https://ggservers.net/ )

and now for the plugins hmm I am looking for good and easy to modify plugins for a Faction/Mcmmo/Raiding/PvP/Economy server?
