Looking for a server owner to partner with

Hey, I'm looking for a non-hamachi bukkit server that needs a Co-Owner.
What I mean by small is that there are NO members but you, the owner.
I can help you find the best plugins and mods. I only recommend the useful or fun plugins and mobs, so you won't be downloading anything useless. I am a GREAT idea man, and i can build my ideas too. Just give me a chance and you won't be dissapointed.
This server HAS to have a flatlands or Multiworld. I only need flatlands so that it's easier to carry out my ideas. I don't abuse my OP powers, just ask the owner of the server I hang out in. If you're interested, reply to me that you are and i'll send you a message.
