i'm looking for a new server with ton's of mods on it like airship toomanyitems and zipline i want it to be new so i'm not in a world where everybody is done and i like mods but don't like to play by meself

Actually, there's a plugin that can make singleplayer mods work on multiplayer.

servers can't get mods... they can only have plugins plugins.bukkit.org
