Looking for someone to start server with

If you can host then I will be happy to help as I am very experienced but I don't see any point of filling in the app unless you can.

Age: 12 nearly 13 (I am not squeky)
Minecraft Experience: Good with raiding and griefing factions, good at handling incidents and arguments. I can offer you fraps and will be willing to do a server trailer if you want .
Can you host the server: nope.
Tell me something about yourself: I am called Max and I have been on minecraft since 1.7.3 but I have been watching pro mc videos since it started.I have skype and a good mic (techgamer2).I can be on for at least an hour mostly everyday, if im not on, its either because of an incident (personal), school or my dad has taken my laptop.

This is just about the worst way to get staff. All players who see this will most likely be bad staff, or good staff that already have their hands full. When you start out you will be a small server, so as you build you should just make players move up the ranks. I advise to start out with minimal ranks (Mod, Admin, Owner) so that players wont be asking. Then make the ranks as you need it (Head Mod, Head Admin, Co-Owner) and promote them once you make it. It seems to be the most efficient way to get good staff. You can PM me if you want more tips on looking for good staff.
