Looking for staff
Hello i am currently looking for some staff for my server TectiCraft. I need only one more admin so you must meet my standards if you wish to become one.
To be an admin you must be 13 or older. (no young guys please)
You must have skype with voice so you can prove you are not 12.
You must agree to help advertise the server and you must have experience in doing so.
You must also have experience in running a server and understanding how to deal with certain situations.

ConquerEh, trusting randoms as staff, it doesn't seem very professional or smart. If you want good staff, not greifers, why not get people you know?
I am not trusting them from the start
they must still earn up to admin.
