Looking to hire coder for my servers plugins

Dear coders:
i have a text document of my servers ranks and a rough start on my permissions.yml file + the permissions i'd like them to have
i'd be willing to send them to you so you can help me out

i would also need all other configs done correctly do ensure all plugins will work together and cause no problems...

i only have a couple plugins, so it shouldnt take that long...

the text file includes donation ranks, staff ranks and "guest/member" ranks
i would like to use PermissionsEx (PEX) as the main permissions plugin for my server
if you feel you can create a permissions file using my ranks and the perms i want, contact me
a small donation might also be given to those who are able to create a working config/permissions file
i will pay be either donating to the server of your choice or directly to you, your pick
