Looking to be a mod/admin on a small server

My IGN is PancakeMix24. I'm looking to be a mod/admin on a small server of about 5-10 people. I'm 13 years old and have been playing Minecraft for about 1 year now. I'm mature, but goof around sometimes. I am very helpful and always asks if anyone needs help. I can learn things very quickly, and I'm very handy to have around
I have experience with being OP and mod, and I don't abuse that power.
