Macro/Keybind scripts

I've been unsuccessfully trying to write a script for minecraft Macro/Keybind mod for a hour now.

I need a loop command that turns my minecraft character 360 degrees every 2 seconds. Could someone help me out? Scripts isn't my specialty so I'm pretty lost there.
