I am making a Halflife 2 minecraft server

Hello, I am going to make a HL2RP server it may be Outlands or City RP I dont know yet,
It will be similar to Garrys mod HL2RP server with Cp's,Combine,Echo units,Scanners etc. The server will use /me and it will be a roleplay server. The Citizens will have to wear a HL2RP citizen skin that I may make, The rebels will have to wear Normal skin but when on raid they can wear armour, Helmets on the server are fobidden as If you are in a fight IC on it and you wear armour including helmet we will not know what team you are on.I will make the mpa or download one.The server will use swords and bows,All bows will be enchanted to make them a bit stronger that knock out 2 Hearts each time.You will have to S2M (shoot to miss) when in gun fights you can kill them but not streight away you would have to miss them some times as well, not just S2K (shoot to kill). The only problem is that I may be able to buy one monthly, however I may not be able to so someone may have to Host please leave comments and Pm me.

If you make this server you will be the best man alive to me ive been looking for a server like this for months THNX I say You should make a city and could you make a texture pack with spiders as antlions zombies as zombieheadcrabs creepers as mines and skeletons as zombine I would love to be a combine elite
