Making plugin

Hi, my ign is spongy_the_troll and i own a server and i was thinking about making some plugins but i do not know what it takes to make one, if someone could maybe walk me thru making one or pointing me in the right direction it would be most helpful.

my ign is gamemuis and i am learning java to make plugins to i would recommend that you start with the basics from java i am currently using codecademy after you know the basics of java you need to learn the bukkit "part of java" this are special java programming strings (i think its called strings i dont know for sure) so you can use the bukkit part but it will take a lot of practice
