Im making a RPG server and need help!!!!!!!

For my server we have built spawn we are making arenas now but we need our PermEx coded. If anyone knows how to code perms and would like to help me. Whoever does help me will get mod on our server.

I used to not how to do this myself.
But quickly learned it today. *The PermEx thing.*
Just copy and paste the permissions.yml from the PermissionsEx in plug-ins folder
