Making a server, need staff and builders!

Hey guys, I am making a new server! I wanted to know if anyone wanted to help me with being admin, and builders to help us build! I am hoping it will be a PvP server, like CrazedPVP if anyone remembers that server, or something like a Towny/Factions server.
