I am making a whitelisted server. What modpack do I use

Hi, so I am making a modded whitelist server but the problem is that I am not sure what modpack I should use. It has to be a tech pack, and preferably with Archimedes ships and flans (not the biggest deal but it would be cool). I want it to be on a) technic launcer, b) feed the beast launcher, c) at launcer. The At Launcher packs are really intensive on your computer so not one with 150 mods or something along those lines.
