I tried nuking all entities and repairing regions in MCEdit, and I have no idea how to export it to use it as a world
it only exports as a .schematic
and pasting it in isn’t a good idea obviously, as it’s an entire world. What should I do?

Go into your .minecraft folder, locate a folder called Saves, find your world name among those saves. That's your world. Put it into a .zip folder, and you should be able to post it to whatever you need.
