MCMMO Help! :S

Hello Guys and Girls!
First of I want to say Happy Holidays!
Okay so I recently just got MCMMO for my server becuase tons of players were requesting that I get it. Once I got it and installed it, it ran fine. But I did notice something off, I and all the people around me were leveling up extremely fast. I'm guessing it's 'cause my config is off. I went looking around google for some help and couldn't fine any help. So I came to good old PMC! If someone could provide me with a pre-made config that I could copy n' paste that would be superb!

Also if there leveling up to fast. Good sign there cheating, and or abusing mcMMO. Don't be afraid to go vanished every one in a while.
