Mcpc+//cauldron not working

ive been running a skyfactory server for a while but have been manually creating the islands for players to start, but since madpack2 has come out ive been playing it and i want to get some plugins running so i can automate the creation of new islands etc for players since i dont play the server but continue to run it.

My questions is, MCPC+ and cauldron both wont load//work when trying to use them .. so is there any other way of getting them to work on a 1.6.4 server ?
