Hey guys! well i just released my server but these 2 guys called name & name said that they could help with perms & stuff. I gave them console access but they banned me and my other staff and changed multicraft password without my email! They also read my tickets i sent to the staff team. Is there any1 ban them and there friends? I change my password but they change it Btw i use Mcprohosting

Do /pardon (yourname) and change your pass. Ban them and deop when they are on.

If u want help for plugins ect make people play on with you on a server for a while then if they want to help u ask them to submit an application and when they do u still don't need to give em op for plugins when u dont know someone lern to do it urslef ir ask someone who u really trust. if u want help u can contact me i can give u files that u can just ftp into ur server without the nedd of any acces. interested contact meh on skype: abmhaider

Giving someone access to the console isn't a very good idea. You should't trust anyone on your server saying they can help you only if they get OP or console access. The console is the only place you can control your server without being logged in. Keeping it safe would be your very first priority.

Anyway, the solution is simple. Contact the MCProHosting team via email and tell them you want to change password. They'll send you an email with your new randomly chosen password which you can change after you've logged in. Hope this helped

Only give your multicraft login details to someone whom you can trust.
