I just want to mention that you can't post MCreator created mods on Planet Minecraft.

First I would find out the problem on why it won't install. Than I would retrace your steps after you figured out whats causing it to not install.
Start of by looking at what specs you need, im saying this as well im not familiar with MCreator. And if you have to extract it make sure you do so correctly.
Trial and error, make sure you have all the requirements to run it.
