Merging 2 Resource Packs

So, I'm having this issue where when I use 2 different resource packs that has the same .jem file for a specific mob, that mob will spawn with a weird glitching texture when I spawn them in-game. One of the resource pack is called Fresh Animation (a resource pack that fixes the animations of mobs and makes it look smoother than the default minecraft animation) and the other resource pack I'm using adds a new model for the evoker, vindicator, and the pillager models. This resource pack adds new tools and weapons to the mobs. When I use those two resource pack at once, the textures of those mobs mentioned above just break; the textures become glitchy. Is there a way I can use both resource packs and not have the textures break? I want both the animations from Fresh Animation and the tools models from the other resource pack? Your suggestions would be really helpful and appreciated! :)

If you want only the tools from the second resourcepack, simply remove mob models modifications from it. This way, game will load only setup from the Fresh animations resourcepack

By mob models modificiations, you mean blocks such as the head, hat, arms, legs, and the body? Just asking as a justification. :)

I guess. The whole concept is to remove the modifications from one resourcepack, that you don't want to conflict with modifications of the other. (In this case completely remove files from new tools resourcepack, that modify mentioned mob models)
