Messed Up my code somehow...

Hello i am having some trouble finding what the problem is in my config for a plugin called ArchonCrates. Here's the link to the plugin https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/archoncrates.

Issue: line 32 needs a closing apostrophe
No syntax errors in the other two.
Fix the first one, see if it works. If there's another issue, post the error(s) shown.

Save the values that you want to keep, then delete the config files and they will regenerate and work again.
