Messed Up Mods :(

Hi guys i recently installed 1.6.2 and saw that toomanyitems was updated so i installed it and everything worked and then i saw that optifine was updated so i installed that and at 1st i got an error about a binary discrepency and i sorted that by typing -Dfml.ignorePatchDiscrepancies=true into the JVM section of my main profile but now when i run minecraft i get to the main menu where it says for some reason 0 mods loaded 0 mods activated when before i installed optifine it said 4 mods loaded 4 mods activated and whenever i try to make a new world or load one i always freeze and get the error code
does anyone know how to fix this and thanks for reading

Hmm.... If you want.. You can download it on Minecraft forum
You can also put all mods off if you have Magic launcher
Eh,not a big fan with launchers besides the Mojang Supported one.
Try Magic launcher! You can easy install mods! And you can see errors..
I mean you cant use tmi and optifine same time........
I think too many items and optifine arent compatible
