Hey guys, my minecraft wont open, it says This file is fatal and corrupted what do I do?
youtube wont work either, but I have the latest version of java!!!
I really wanna play minecraft but it isn't working. I tried deleting minecraft but that didn't work either, because whenever I tried to "Save target" it said fatal and corrupted.
whenever I try to normal download, I cant click on anything.
what is my problem?

It was fixed, I did a total memory wipe on it about 9 days ago. I found the problem, it was probably a virus that hid everything, though thanks for the help
do you have norton or symantec products
Yes it does seem from what you say it seems to be java. However I also believe if you downloaded something recently it may contain a virus or something.
So when you said Norton and Firefox were deleted was it on its own or by your own doing? If it was on is own it seems you may have installed something that has a virus or you just happened to get a virus that does this sort of thing.

But youtube not working, that'd be a problem with your JAVA.
Either you got a fake one, or you need an update.

If Youtube wont work either chances are it is an issue with you Java are you by chance using a 32 bit OS and installed 64 bit Java by mistake?
Try to uninstall Java completely and reinstall it

but YouTube is flash player unless you are testing the html5 counterpart
i think I have done all recent updates, I restarted just to make sure today, and it said the same thing fatal and corrupted. Norton security was deleted too, aswell as firefox, explorer, and I was using windows 8. and the last question I don't know, im not tooo good with computers
Hmm.. Sound weird.. Have you installed all the update for your computer and are you using wins 7? Aswell do you have x32 bit ox x64 bit?
