Minecraft accounts stolen

Hello, gamers and whoever may come across this,

My brother and I have gotten ourselves into quite a predicament. My brother thought it would be a good idea to download some sketchy GTA 5 mod menus. I don't know how the person behind this went about it but the creator of the mod menu was able to steal 3 Minecraft accounts and one steam account. The steam account wasn't a problem getting back, but we still have not been able to get the Minecraft accounts back. At the moment I'm looking to get my main account back. The accounts were stolen around the time that Microsoft was starting to migrate accounts. The one account I would like back already was linked to a Microsoft account, it even had 2FA. I believe the hacker was able to delete my Microsoft account while migrating the Minecraft account to a different Microsoft account. If someone could give me any information about how to even start getting this account back it would be awesome!
