MInecraft Black screen PLEASE HELP!

When I boot up minecraft with about 55 mods. My computer can handle it, it was working a while ago. Now when I boot up minecraft its just a black screen, and my pc gets all buggy. I wasn't overloading my RAM (I was close) or my cpu (I was also close). I'm using twitch to launch. Someone please help me!
