I was messing around with my multiplyplayer settings, and when I went back to to play, all of my blocks had white outlines. I'm not sure what happened, and tried resetting my options, but it doesn't work. Help is GREATLY appreciated!!!

This is something with your Anti-Aliasing. I had the same problem a few days ago. For me it had something to do with a program called NVIDIA. I changed a few of the settings and it worked fine afterwards.
I'm with Casteris on this one, it has to be the SuperSecretSettings option OR something to do with your graphics config (AntiAliassing?).
I'm thinking it could be shaders or an optifine glitch. Hope you find out the problem, but I personally think white outlines are pretty cool
Did you exit and go back? I bet you already did that . IDK lol
