My Minecraft bukkit server isnt letting people connect

my server was working last night at like 3 am. i went to bed and woke up to this:
192.168.1.104:3476 lost connection
a bunch of these and "connection reset"
nobody can connect not even me when i leave ip blank in server properties and use localhost i cant even connect "cant reach server" and sometimes "communication error" i already obviously port forwarded i don't know i have already restarted my computer i would greatly appreciate your help thank you in advance i will post the error soon
