Hi. I play on a server, and whenever I enter the nether at peak times during the day, due to (what I think) is the amount of mobs there at the time, because more players means more mobs, y'know, I crash. I get an error on my desktop that pops up
I tried Googling the problem, and I did what this video said to do : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WZLxio9VM8Y
but it didn't work. Why I think its the mobs is because as I said, it only happens during peak times. Also, sometimes, when not many people are on it will happen when I'm in the bigger version of windowed mode, not fullscreen but not the tiny window. But if I log in with it in windowed mode I can leave the Nether, but if I got to the bigger windowed mode, even after logged in, it crashes. Please help!

Alright. I can't seem to find a fix, so yeah, ask your Fiance please haha.
Yup...that sounds like a problem alright (sorry I can't help) XD
Ok, the lag is mostly the server, from what I can tell. I usually get around 50-60 FPS, and I was only gettin 8-13, when on there.
Updating LWJGL shouldn't do that, and that's about the extent of my knowledge on it. If you don't get an answer by the time my fiance is back from his meetings, I'll ask him if he can think of an answer. (He's worked for the Java company since before it became Oracle, so he knows his Java pretty well. )

IP is Minederp.com, and with the LWJGL thing, it messed up my Minecraft again. Because, its the same problem I had when I posted this.
Ok, you don't want to push restore. That undoes what you do by updating it.
What's the IP? Try updating LWJGL again, and this time don't hit restore - Only hit the first button, and once it's done, close it out. - If you're still having lag issues, it's most likely just 1.5's bugs, but it could be your connection to the server/the server's lag.

I play on Minederp. And with LWJGL I just sorta pushed buttons, and that was one.
Ok - The lag could be caused by several things
First, what server do you play on?
When updating LWJGL, did you push the button that said "restore?"

Huh. Now it seems as though Minecraft works, but is still laggy even though I reversed the things I did in the video. Its not consistently laggy, but every once and a while it gets choppy.
*edit* I used the LWGL thingy whatever now, using the auto updater, and now its doing the same thing it was when I posted and just crashing and putting a report on my desktop.

Updating the drivers was key. Thanks for the help.
Scratch that. I did what you said and reversed what I did on the video, and before I did that I logged in and it worked, but was laggy, and then when I changed back the part where I put how much mb Java can use, Minecraft just crashed when I joined.

No problem. Let me know if that doesn't work!
Ok, one - Put that in a spoiler or use a pastebin link. -.-
Two, that's not your crash report. No one can help you, with that information. go into %appdata% --> .minecraft --> Crash Reports, and use the most recent entry.
Three, Unlike what Danny said, it has nothing to do with the server. It's your computer. you most likely need to either update you graphics drives or LWJGL. If that doesn't help, either your computer sucks, or the connection to the server sucks.

Theres no Crash Reports after I click .minecraft. And sorry about the spoiler thing, first time posting.
Ok, giving Java more RAM won't do much. In fact, it could even make it run slower, on higer-end computers. (At least, in my experience) Undo everything that video told you to do.
Try updating your Graphics drivers - If that doesn't help, click the link above for updating LWJGL, and run the auto-updater.

Alright. I'll try this, thanks for the help.
I think that either the server isnt powerful enough to swap dimensions or your computer isnt powerful enough to load a new dimension when there is a lot going on, How good is your PC and what are its specs?
I've got an Alienware M14x laptop , specs are :
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit
Processor : Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2670QM CPU @ 2.20GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.2GHz
Memory : 8 gigs
Sorry if half this -snip- you don't need, not good with computers lol.

FYI, Intel i7 is a quadcore (It only has four cores) but each core is threaded, and it makes the computer think there are eight cores, so that it performs faster.
(I have Intel i7, myself.)
