Minecraft runs Java(TM) Platform SE Binary as a background process

ok so new problem
whenever i press play on the minecraft launcher
(ty for GeForce for helping me make minecraft find java exists)
it runs Java(TM) Platform SE Binary as a background process
and it wont show minecraft since it is a background process and i dont know why
it does that
do i have to like install like jarfix or something???

Once you start up the Minecraf launcher, click on the "Installations" tab, and hover over the installation that you want to play. Click on the small button with the three dots that appears and select "edit." Expand the "more options" tab and in the "Java executable" field, select "browse," and navigate to where you installed Java. Depending on the type of operating system that you have, it may be under "C:\Program Files\Java\bin\javaw.exe" or "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\bin\javaw.exe."
