Jetra, I got bastiao09 all set up. The problem he was having was the fact you cant just make a copy of the 1.6.2 folder in the Version folder and paste the April 1 MC jar in and expect it to work. but he is all set up now.

paulsoaresjr has a download link. He was one of the few people that got a special pre-release of it. If you see any links to Minecraft 2.0 jar that is not on any youtuber that participated in the event (AntVenom was another one) DO NOT DOWNLOAD. It is most likely a virus.

Moved to Minecraft help, you can always try contacting Mojang about it.

More ideas?Anybody?
It is a Smart idea but it dont works in this Launcher =\
Gonna Try Thanks ;D
You need to launch the jar through the launcher. (I think)
Assuming you are using the new launcher, go to:
c://users/(your username)/appdata/roaming/.minecraft/versions
Copy the 1.6.2 folder and rename it (i'll rename it to '2.0'),
rename your April fools .jar file to '2.0' aswell, then replace the 1.6.2 jar file (within the folder you named '2.0') with it.
Open the 1.6.2 .json file (Within the folder you named '2.0') and set the id to '2.0', then rename the json file '2.0'.
Open the launcher, and select 2.0 from the list of versions. See if it will launch.
