Hello Minecrafters, you are probably here because you wan't the minecraft 1.8 bukkit download.
The official download for 1.8 which allows servers to have plugins/server mods is not out yet. Since Mojang have took over Bukkit. Spigot (Craftbukkit API Implementation) have took the time to release a minecraft 1.7.10 download which allows server mods. But instead of just having 1.7.X clients connecting, Spigot have opened the allowance for 1.8 clients to connect to Spigot 1.7.10 servers.
Nerfs:
- 1.8 Items will not be usable or craftable.
- The server is 1.7.10 so only 1.7.10 items or code will be usable.
- Every 1.8 item, which has either tried to be eaten or placed down will disappear.
- 1.8 plugins may NOT work. This is due to 1.8 items being coded in the there plugin, but in the current state of this jar, this is just allowing 1.8 clients to connect to the server, not letting the items being used as I've said before.
- This is only temporary as the official 1.8 minecraft which allows server mods. Mojang will create 1.8 Bukkit(May not be the right name any more) to you all can be happy!
Note: NO! Servers will not be all gone since Mojang are recreating Bukkit(...)
