When my friend tries to join my world, she gets "failed to synchronize registry data from server" error. We have the exact mods, exact forge version. Anyone knows how to fix? Aldo it was fine a couple of weeks ago, but now she cant join anymore

What mods are you using?
If you were playing the Valhesia 3 modpack with your friend, this is due to an error with one of the mod's configs
Otherwise try getting them to connect to a new world with clean forge and slowly add mods from there to isolate the mod responsible (unless you have 50+ mods which is where it starts to get unfeasible)

Thank you, found out that antique atlas mod had problems.
