Hello everyone, Today I got a brand new MacBook Pro. I launched Minecraft and then went to the Application Support directory but I didn't see Minecraft there. It is definitely downloaded though because I can play it. I am running OS X Mountain Lion.

Hemm, after I rebooted my computer, I found it exactly where it should be. :/
Are you checking under the right place? There is a secret place the .minecraft is hidden. Click on Finder, and on the top, where is says "Go", click it, then hold either Command or Option, and a secret Library destination should pop up. Click it, and .minecraft should appear at the top.
Maybe check to see where the texture pack shortcut button takes you(in the texture pack menu)? If your minecraft is being stored elsewhere, it might take you to the right location.
