Minecraft Forge crashes no matter what i do

So after i rebooted my pc my i got the problem that whatever mod i install my forge just crash after the loading screen. i never had this before. it really doesn't matter what i do, if i put one mod in it crashes, if i put 2 it crashes. just with every mod i install the game just crashes. only way the main menu comes up after the loading screen without crashing is when i don't install any mods(still using forge). I did really much research but i cannot find anything on the internet. please help ASAP. thanks
