Okay, so, i turn on my vokoscreen application to start my YouTube video, and when I'm done, i click "Save and Quit to Title". Then, my entire computer freezes and my video is deleted. Also, I have to restart my computer. Can someone please help me??? This is happening very often, and i need help, or my YouTube channel will never get ANY videos on it. Then, as a result, i will get no subscribers.

You couldn't use the GPU manufacturer-provided software, then; your card is too old.

If you can record at all with that setup, I would be impressed. FRAPS and OBS are your best choices, but your setup is fairly old and will struggle with recording.
Have you tried using different recording software? FRAPS is nice, but there are free ones provided by Nvidia and AMD that are much better than traditional screen recorders because they encode the video using the GPU, not the CPU.
