My minecraft is glitched "Could not connect to Server"

Hello everyone. I have been playing minecraft for few years and recently I have came into this problem that stops me from playing minecraft. When I try to log in on home screen I type the correct email and password (They work on mojang website) then it says "Could not connect to Server". I am confused on how to fix it, if anyone knows a fix to this please tell me, thanks. Also, this started after new layout for minecraft login.
