Don't spend your money on minecraft hosting. Just rent a dedicated server and upload your server like you would run it on your computer.

their tech support is good and have 1 click bukkit install to make plugins easier

Their standard tier for servers is only $5 a month with unlimited bandwidth, unlimited mod intalling (i.e. FTB or Tekkit), and unlimited storage(Not sure, but I have at least 15GB of stuff on it). Plus, I've never lagged on it, and it really nails MultiCraft into your server for you. 100% sure you'll love it.
I use www.creeperhost.net and have no complains from them.
