My minecraft.jar is not opening when i right click

when i right click my minecraft.jar dosent open the options but just shows me a loading circle

Do: open with 7 zip

You Need WinRAR. Then Right click it then select open with WinRAR.

Try turning off your computer wait 10 seconds then restart it and try again.
