Minecraft java won't load past the "mojang" screen.

I have read this issue and tried everything I could fins to try.

Cleared history, cache.
Deleted all minecraft java files
Verified video driver and windows up to date
removed and reinstalled java - verified up to date
reinstalled minecraft - once with alternate launcher
tried administrator login

Screen locks and still receive not responding message. . .

I have been trying to fix this now for over a month. Any other idea's?

Note* Minecraft for windows works just fine. It is just the java version I can not get to work anymore.
