Ok people for some reason when I join servers with a large amount of people eventually I cant right click anything or pick up any items, and to other people I am just standing in one place, eventually I time out! Please can someone help me fix this issue I am having

P.S: I run Minecraft with 2GB of ram, could this be the issue? javaw -Xmx2048m -Xms2048m -jar "Desktop\Minecraft.exe" is how I launch Minecraft with CMD because its really slow if I don't.

What are the server names? I can check to see if it's you or the server.
mc.hypixel.net, sometimes on the super smash craft servers, mc.hcserver.com, lavacraft and every other big server ive been on.
That's server lag, it's on their end, not yours. Don't worry, it's not your computer, just the server/server host.
It can't be, it happens on many servers and it doesn't happen to my friends :*(
