My minecraft just keeps crashing. It literally crashes every time I join the game. I can't even play for a few minutes before it crashes. I've been working on an adventure map and was doing command block and redstone stuff when it started crashing constantly. Also, the command block commands won't work correctly. I was giving mobs custom names and the names keep appearing as just "name." Does anyone know how to fix this stuff? Please help!
