Minecraft Launcher And Technic Launcher Error

When I start up minecraft this appears:

And in the Technic Launcher All Modpacks are offline
Iv'e already reinstalled Java(tried using 32bit didnt work, tried using 64didnt work) i have checked for malware several times, im using webroot security for my pc, I reset my router and ive allowed java to go through my windows firewall, and whats funny is that certain things don't update or work either LogMeIn Hamachi doesn't work(i don't even use it anymore i port forward now) and i cant update adobe flash player and java wont work when trying to use it with the a webpage, so any thoughts about this on what i should do?
