Minecraft Launcher will not open
These are the two error messages i was greeted with. So i thought y'know what, lets reinstall minecraft.
I did end up resinstalling minecraft and was downloading the launcher when i was greeted by this again. I skimmed through a website and apparently it could be due to some sort've malware. But i doubt it, because i havent really installed anything within the past month. I've also heard it may have something to do with my antivirus. My antivirus is a free version of BitDefender.

what launcher are you using? the legacy one or the from the microsoft store
My son is having the same problem. He skimmed the logs and additionally found a reference to a .json file that is inaccessible for some reason ("Permission denied"). He too has de-installed Minecraft, deleted the remnants, re-installed the whole lot -- and got the error again ...
If nothing else works, consider using a different launcher or client. Lunar, MultiMC, etc.
do a full scan of your system, if that doesnt work then get rid of your current anti virus and use the built in one from windows
