Minecraft loading screen froze! please help!!

Hi so I’m not even sure if this is the correct place to get information but my Minecraft was loading with the mods and suddenly just froze, it’s been like this for a couple of hours now, just a black screen and whenever I try to restart my laptop or shut it off it says to close Minecraft and when I try to it won’t work.. also when I try to open a new tab for Minecraft it says game is already running and to close the other game, but It will not close. I tried using malwarebytes and scanning it but it says it’s clean.. I also tried taking many mods out of the folder as well... Minecraft will also not let me uninstall and install again because it says I need to close Minecraft but it will not allow me to.. if anyone knows anything about this please let me know!! Thx!
