Minecraft Multiplayer Java SE Binary Error

A week ago I was playing Minecraft and my Minecraft randomly closed itself. I never had any issues after that. But today when I was playing it closed and when I tried to restart going to any server it either says "Java SE Binary has Stopped Working" or it closes by itself. I could never get back on any server, but it works okay in single player.
I got rid of my .jar and it didn't work. I then re-installed Java and it still didn't work. So I decided to delete my entire Minecraft in %appdata% and again, did not work. This is really annoying and I don't know why it is doing this. Please help me!

You have insufficient ram.
Buy some new and your problem should be fixed.
